You pay per user, per seat. Each user comes with a baseline monthly allowance of 2,500 credits, which your admin can adjust.

How is Enterprise different from the Pro plan?

Pro is an individual, rolling monthly subscription. Enterprise is a managed organisation account: one bill, an admin console, a shared template library, organisation-wide policy, priority support with a named account manager, and a 12-month term.

How does pricing work?

Per user, per seat. Each seat brings a monthly allowance of 2,500 credits into a single pool your admin can reallocate between people. Add a seat and you add another 2,500. Larger teams move onto discounted bands as the organisation scales.

How do we keep costs predictable?

Usage is capped at your pool, so the organisation cannot overspend. Admins can set per-member limits, see consumption broken down by member and by action type, and are alerted at around 80% of the pool.

Can we control what our team can do?

Yes. Roles decide who can administer the organisation, teams keep specialised templates with the people who need them, and organisation settings govern template policy, web search and data retention for everyone.

Can we switch off web search?

Yes. It can be enabled for eligible members with per-session consent, or disabled for the whole organisation so nothing from a conversation is sent to an external provider.

Where does our data live, and is it used to train AI?

On UK and EU infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest. It is never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's, and it stays yours to export or permanently delete at any time.

Can we integrate it with our own systems?

Yes. Enterprise includes organisation-scoped API keys with their own separate budget, managed from the Integrations area of the console.
