Pro covers around 75 hours of recording in a typical month, in combination with thousands of AI notes, reports and chats, and 20 GB of secure storage. Figures reflect how people actually use Zone Scribe, mostly recording and AI, and will vary with your own use. Enterprise allowances and storage are pooled across your team and sized to your organisation.

Which package do I need?
Pro if you are using Zone Scribe yourself. It is the individual plan, and it includes everything Zone Scribe does. Enterprise if more than one person needs it, or if you need central administration, roles and governance across a team or organisation.
Is Zone Scribe suitable for regulated professional use?
Yes. Zone Scribe Pro includes our DTAC-assessed, Class I medical device offering, and the same subscription covers everyday use as well.
What is Zone Scribe Enterprise?
Enterprise brings multiple Pro licences together under one organisational arrangement. It adds central administration and billing, roles and permissions, shared template libraries, governance controls, API access and dedicated onboarding and support.
Is there a long-term contract?
Not for an individual Pro subscription. It is paid monthly and you can change or cancel it whenever you like. Enterprise arrangements are agreed separately, according to the size and requirements of the organisation.
Can we begin with one team or service?
Yes. An organisation can start with a defined team, service or workflow and expand under an Enterprise arrangement as Zone Scribe proves useful. You do not have to commit the whole organisation on day one.
What if I need more in a busy month?
The Pro allowance is sized for heavy daily use, and a typical month leaves headroom. If your use consistently runs beyond it, that is usually the point at which an Enterprise arrangement and a shared team allowance makes more sense, so talk to us.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Card payments are handled securely by Stripe on the web, or through the App Store and Google Play in the mobile apps. You can cancel anytime, and changes apply from your next billing month. Enterprise is invoiced under its own arrangement.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Zone Scribe is certified to ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus, assessed against the NHS DTAC, and compliant with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and your data is never used to train AI. See our Trust Centre for the detail.
