Ask AI lets you interrogate your activity, either a single item or several at once, through a chat interface. It answers from the items you choose.
Ask a question
- Click the plus button within Ask AI.
- Choose one or more recordings or documents.
- Type your question, for example "What was this meeting about?".
- Ask AI analyses the selected items and responds.
You can also open Ask AI from the home screen: tick the items you want using their check boxes, then click Ask AI.
Your information stays private
Zone Scribe never shares your information with the outside world. Ask AI answers from your own content only.
Bringing in outside context
When you do want information from beyond Zone Scribe, use the globe icon. You can then ask a question that draws on context from outside Zone Scribe, and save the answer as a note to use later.
Where notes live
Notes can be reached from your home screen, or from the Zone they were added to.
