Once you have a template, you can use it to turn your activity into a finished document.

Create the document

Go to an activity item, such as a recording or transcript, or select several if that's appropriate.
Select Generate document.
Choose the template you want and click Create document.
Zone Scribe populates the template using the content of the selected activity.

Review the AI-generated content

The green boxes are AI-generated content. Select a box to make changes.

Select the plus icon on a box to discover more, including how the AI arrived at that content and its confidence level that the content is correct.

You can also add your own content anywhere in the document using the text editor tools at the top of the window.

Zone Scribe supports you, but you stay responsible for the content. Always review a generated document before you save, share or rely on it.

To see how the document will look when exported, printed or shared, select the "i" icon to preview it.

You can share a document as a Word or PDF file, or send it directly to another Zone Scribe user by entering their login email address.
